Privacy Policy

1. Overview
GoogleMeat ("the Application", "we", "us") is a Google Meet integration dashboard that allows
authorised users to manage Google Meet spaces, view conference records, recordings, participants,
and transcripts via the Google Meet REST API and Google Meet Media API.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Google Account Information
When you authorise the Application via Google OAuth 2.0, we receive and temporarily store:
- Your Google account name and email address (for display and session identification)
- OAuth access and refresh tokens (used to make authenticated calls to Google APIs on your behalf)
2.2 Google Meet Data
Through your authorisation, the Application may access:
- Meeting space details (names, URIs, access settings) you create or query
- Conference record metadata (start/end times, participant counts)
- Recording file metadata stored in your Google Drive
- Participant session information within your meetings
- Transcript entries from your meetings
2.3 Snapshots
If you use the Live Media tab's snapshot feature, video frame captures (PNG/JPEG images) are
uploaded from your browser and stored on the server in the /snapshots directory,
organised by meeting space ID.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you with Google APIs using your OAuth tokens
- To display meeting, recording, participant, and transcript data you request
- To store snapshots you explicitly capture during live media sessions
- We do not sell, share, or transmit your data to any third party other than Google APIs
4. Data Storage
- OAuth tokens — stored server-side in a JSON file, protected from web access
- Session data — stored in a PHP server session, expires automatically on browser close or timeout
- Snapshots — stored on the server; you may delete them at any time via the Snapshots tab
- We do not store recording video files on our server; only metadata returned by the Google Meet API is displayed
5. Third-Party Services
This Application uses the following Google services:
Your use of Google services is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
6. Data Retention
OAuth tokens are retained until you explicitly revoke access (via the dashboard's "Disconnect" button) or
until the token expires and cannot be refreshed. Snapshots are retained until you delete them.
We do not retain any Google Meet metadata beyond your active session.
7. Your Rights
- Revoke access — click "Disconnect" on the dashboard, or visit
Google Account Permissions
- Delete snapshots — use the Snapshots tab on the dashboard
- Data requests — contact us at the email below
8. Security
OAuth tokens are stored server-side and are not accessible via the web. All communication uses
HTTPS/TLS. Sensitive files are blocked from public web access by the web server configuration.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this
page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes
acceptance of the updated policy.
